When our clients finally decided to withdraw their offer on the initially chosen home they were more than willing to listen to reason and allow us to pursue Michelle's listing based as much on our promise of a smooth transaction with Michelle as the listing agent as on their desire to actually own the home Michelle represented. Thus the value of a positive and reliable reputation such as Micelle's in this business.
